DO NOT BUY from this company

DO NOT BUY from this company, worst customer service, purchased a set of intercooler kits wrong part was sent and they make me purchase another one. ECS customer service threaten me that if I dispute the transactions they will never allow me to purchase from them. Stay away from this company, go somewhere else.

You might get lucky and have a good experience

Well what can you say about a customer service department that does the exact opposite of what you need. I’m flabbergasted at the overall ineptness of this company, from the screwy ordering to the lack of order confirmation emails and the subsequent email run arounds. I used to love ordering from ECS. Unfortunately I can’t I’m good conscious order or recommend anyone else order from this company. After doing more research I can see why things are not good in that part of Ohio.

My order took a year!

Ordered SS headers and they sent me defective ones ($1200 purchase). Second ones were also defective, on the 3rd time they had to get from the manufacturer and it took almost a year! When I would inquire where they are, all they would say is, "it's a global supply issue, etc." Hard to believe it takes a year! They never offered compensation for waiting it out or any promos. Their communication was very vague and not helpful. This company has gone way down hill over the years. I've been using ECS for about 10 years now. I'll avoid if I can.

Good Shop

Beautifull shop that really will give you the product that you will see that is on display on the site.. mine product was shoppen to the Netherlands.. i had UPS as messenger.. not the best option.. but i was and am very happy with my diffuser and very happy that i ordered here..

I bought your 23mm rear bar…

I bought your 23mm rear stabilizer bar kit for my 16 Jetta that I occasionally autocross. Installation was simple and easy, as described in your online video tutorial, and I was very pleased with the improvement in the handling and how it brought it to a nearly neutral attitude.

Everyone I spoke with was very…

Everyone I spoke with was very professional. The only issue was the item i received was shipped in the manufactures box and the box was damaged in transit. My items were damaged and had to be sent back. I emailed back and used the ECS chat to communicate with one of the representatives. I let them know I had a scheduled date of 9/12/22 to have my car serviced but needed the clutch kit. Since it was damaged and I had to send it back I asked if they could ship the new one out immediately. the only options were purchasing the item again and then receiving a refund or waiting for the damage item to be returned and then they'd ship the new one. I asked if there was anything they could do to accommodate but apparently nothing could be done. I received confirmation that the damaged item was returned on 8/30/22 and was told it takes 2 days to process the return. My item just now shipped today and i have to reschedule the appointment i had to service my car and am loosing a deposit that i had to put down. It's very unfortunate and I hope this review will help better your policies.

You only know how good a company's customer service is when something goes wrong.

Living in Australia and buying from the U.S. always has its risks however, I could not source any rotors like the ones I recently purchased from ECS for my Audi S5 locally. So, after confirming they would indeed ship and coming to an agreed price on freight to "Down Under", I went ahead and made the purchase. The shipment was sent via FedEx and I was able to track it the whole way. Unfortunately one of the rotors was not what was expected. This is where the ECS customer service comes in, Chris was great, a return slip was created for the incorrect rotor and the correct one sent seamlessly. Very happy with the after sales service and will definitely continue shopping with ECS.

I wouldn't say they're full on scam company but they have poor business practices who will do anything to take people's money with no remorse
